I bring over 30 years of business experience in Poland and abroad, working in international and multicultural environments. As a leader, I built organizations, led teams, and implemented change. As a consultant and advisor, I supported companies in delivering strategic initiatives. Today, I accompany leaders, professionals, and teams in the roles of coach, mentor, and advisor.

I hold an MBA from IESE Business School, a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics, and am a graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology. I completed the Academy of Executive Coaching and hold an individual accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

What I bring is a strategic perspective, practical experience and knowledge, attentive listening, a calm and steady presence — and a human heart.

My logo symbolizes the essence of my work and the space I create for clients.

At first glance, it’s just circles. A brushstroke. Simple, clean, almost minimalist. But — much like my work with clients — it holds much more within.

Three circles, one within another, are inspired by the Zen Enso, a symbol of presence, wholeness, and the beauty of imperfection. It’s a reminder that life is not something to perfect — but something to live. Fully. Consciously. Authentically.

The soft turquoise blue evokes calm, clarity, and openness — qualities essential for inner growth and conscious leadership. It also refers to the stage of development where self-organization, integrity, and deeper meaning emerge.

I chose this symbol not only for its form — but for the meaning it carries:

Inward – into depth
Most of us start with the outer world — pressure, action, expectations.
But true change begins when we turn our attention inward. Toward presence. Truth. Who we are beneath the surface.

Upward – playing a higher game
As we go deeper, we also rise.
Not to prove something — but to express ourselves.

Piotr isn’t afraid to share stories of his journey, which makes him more relatable and builds trust and understanding. You can also tell that he really believes in his work. He is kind, compassionate, understanding. Piotr presents a patient, calm demeanor, always ready with a smile and a laugh. Sessions are always pleasant yet effective. He’s very even keeled, which helps to keep me at an even keel during the sessions. I like that he offers different approaches, particularly when one is not working for you. There have been a few “emergencies” where I needed last-minute support and it’s really nice that he’s accommodating. These sessions were very helpful in getting past a few rough spots with his support. No matter what, I feel like Piotr has my back and his encouragement gives me confidence that I can put into action.
