Life.
With meaning.

With achievements.
In alignment with yourself.

I support leaders, teams, and professionals who want to grow consciously, act with a sense of purpose, and build something they can truly be proud of — at work and in life.

Coach. Mentor. Advisor.

I bring over 30 years of business experience in Poland and abroad, working in international and multicultural environments. As a leader, I built organizations, led teams, and implemented change. As a consultant and advisor, I supported companies in delivering strategic initiatives. Today, I accompany leaders, professionals, and teams in the roles of coach, mentor, and advisor.

I hold an MBA from IESE Business School, a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics, and am a graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology. I completed the Academy of Executive Coaching and hold an individual accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

What I bring is a strategic perspective, practical experience and knowledge, attentive listening, a calm and steady presence — and a human heart.

Coach. Mentor. Doradca.

People often come to me wanting to achieve something on the outside.
They leave with something shifted inside.

I’m not interested in quick fixes or superficial success. I partner with those who want to do meaningful work, be authentic leaders, and create positive impact through business and life — without losing themselves along the way.

We clarify what truly matters.
We build the space and courage to step fully into the work you want to do.
You don’t need to be perfect. You only need to be willing.

Together, we bring to light and transform what stands in the way.
Sometimes the obstacle is external. Sometimes it’s within.
You gain clarity. You reconnect with your values, intuition, and wisdom.
You return to yourself.

From this place, life becomes simpler. Leadership becomes real.
You achieve your goals and face challenges — without losing yourself.
With more ease.
With more impact.
With deeper meaning.

This is not just coaching.
It’s a shared journey of transformation.

My logo symbolizes the essence of my work and the space I create for clients.

At first glance, it’s just circles. A brushstroke. Simple, clean, almost minimalist. But — much like my work with clients — it holds much more within.

Three circles, one within another, are inspired by the Zen Enso, a symbol of presence, wholeness, and the beauty of imperfection. It’s a reminder that life is not something to perfect — but something to live. Fully. Consciously. Authentically.

The soft turquoise blue evokes calm, clarity, and openness — qualities essential for inner growth and conscious leadership. It also refers to the stage of development where self-organization, integrity, and deeper meaning emerge.

I chose this symbol not only for its form — but for the meaning it carries:

Inward – into depth
Most of us start with the outer world — pressure, action, expectations.
But true change begins when we turn our attention inward. Toward presence. Truth. Who we are beneath the surface.

Upward – playing a higher game
As we go deeper, we also rise.
Not to prove something — but to express ourselves.
My clients step into a new level of leadership: bold, meaningful, free from ego, grounded in coherence and clarity.

Outward – the ripple effect
At the center lies stillness.
From this space, new energy flows.
Clients lead differently. Their presence shapes teams, conversations, and workplace culture.
That’s where real impact begins — expanding outward in ever-widening circles.

This space also welcomes imperfection.
It makes room for truth. For conversations without judgment.
For being human.

It is not just a logo. It’s a map of the journey I accompany my clients on:
Inward. Upward. Outward.
