I bring 30 years of business experience — working in international and multicultural environments, leading teams, advising, and supporting leaders as a coach. What I offer is a combination of strategic thinking, practical experience, deep listening, calm presence, and a human heart.
I work with clients on goals, business results, and leadership challenges — but also on the beliefs, patterns, and inner narratives that shape them.
Because that’s what this is really about:
Leading from within.
Living and building a business you are proud of.
Becoming yourself — fully, without apology.
If this is the path you’re on, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.
The Formal Bio

Hi, I’m Piotr Macieja — a partner to leaders, executive coach, and advisor.
I support leaders and teams in building companies that achieve exceptional results while also being places where people feel good and are proud of what they create together.
Before fully dedicating myself to this work, I spent more than two decades in leadership roles, running complex organizations in the professional business services sector in Poland and across Europe. I built teams from the ground up, led transformations, and made decisions that guided firms through growth, crises, and everything in between.
One of the most important experiences of my career was building and leading an organization whose culture — based on trust, meaning, and genuine human relationships — was recognized with an industry award.
Over time, I came to understand something essential: results and well-being don’t have to be in conflict.
We can build high-performing companies and lead with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. This is the very heart of my work today.
What I bring is a strategic perspective, attentive listening, and a calm, steady presence.
I hold an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics, and I am a graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology. I also completed the Academy of Executive Coaching and hold individual accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
As a volunteer and mentor, I support young people, educational leaders, and social initiatives. Outside of work, you’ll most often find me on a hiking trail, a ski slope, or a sailboat — or simply with a book in hand or in silence with the small contemplative community I belong to.
